Got home and put the food in the oven to keep it warm until our party. Unfortunately, when we pulled it out of the oven, we realized it was two pans of Mac n cheese, no chicken!! I called the Chick-fil-A, and they were over the top helpful. They asked where they could deliver the chicken. About 20 minutes later, I believe it was the manager was at my front door, with a fresh pan of chicken nuggets, along with some free cookies. He was friendly and prompt. They made a small mistake but definitely went above and beyond to make it right, and I appreciate it very much. Excellent customer service, would recommend over and over!
