Stephanie was so good to us on our first visit! There are so many options and the food was delicious!

I love getting Cava for lunch and the serving size always leaves me enough for dinner or lunch the next day. All natural ingredients which is amazing for someone with a lot of food allergies. And their sodas having no corn syrup is such a blessing!!

They have been out of lentils 3x at 7pm. I love the food but I have walked out every time they’re out. That’s $60+ of revenue lost each time. I feel lentils should always be made at 7pm. They just told me to wait 30 minutes to get them. My daughter walked back in and asked to make sure and they said 40 minutes actually. Also they rolled their eyes at her and looked mad. Come on, do better. This food is good quality but there is only so much rudeness I can take before I stop coming back. Hire me on as a consultant.

Absolutely love Cava! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling without weighing you down. I usually get a bowl with the SuperGreens base, salmon, and a generous drizzle of the garlic dressing—it's the perfect healthy fast-casual spot when I need something quick but delicious. The salmon is always cooked well and pairs perfectly with the sides

First and last time at this location, I made an order for 2 meals they only had one ready. And once I showed them my receipt that I had two orders, they made it fast and did a sloppy job with barely anything in the bowl. Also the customer service was very terrible. From what yall charge for these bowls i expected the same satisfaction I get in the Schaumburg.
