- SPSaki PatelAug 7, 20261.0If I could give this location a zero, it’d be too high of a rating. I went in around 3:15 p.m. on 8/7/26. I went in looking for a cured oak EHT, and I had seen 6 cases being loaded off the truck, so clearly they had. Also, I saw a customer before me buy it. Steve, the manager or the owner, sold it, but when I asked for it, he lied to my face and told me they only had the EHT small batch. And they didn’t run out either. Corporate or whoever is in charge can check the cameras and cross-check. It seems they hide it for friends and family or “select” customers. I’ve been to many Binny’s locations, and they’ve been cordial. Nothing short of excellent, fair service. I’ve had previous incidents at this CL where the manager or whoever is in charge has rudely told me to stop calling and hung up when I’ve called regarding a certain bottle that had come in stock. If you’re looking for allocated bourbons, don’t waste your time; they will reserve it/hide it. Go to any other location and avoid this location like the plague. Complete and utter waste of my time. Corporate ought to investigate what kind of shady practices that are going on regarding sale of allocated bourbons, because there is certainly shady things going on.
