- JFJoe Ford6 days ago1.0This is my second time trying this location since I moved out here; I ordered a cake via the app for pick up. I arrive at my pick up time for what turned into a terrible stop. I was 1 of 3 customers in the store; the lady ahead of me had cash, to which the employee stated they might not have change for her, so she needed to go check... didnt take the order first to evaluate the total to even know what change they would need. She came back and stated she can't get into the safe to get change because she's not a manager, and then proceeded to take the order to see the total. While this is going on, another customer, who must have started in the drive thru, and then came in store; was complaining about his coffee to the other employee whom I am assuming was on drive thru duty. Customer stated repeatedly their coffee did not taste right, and did they add the sugar he asked for. This went on for over 10 minutes, and 3 different cups of coffee for this gentleman, just for the employees to tell him the machine needs to be cleaned and is clogged and thats the why behind his coffee tasting incorrect. They made no attempt to clean or rectify the issue they identified. So he then left unhappy, and came back in again and took 2 of the 3 cups they tried making, and left again because they couldn't refund him presently. Finally it was my turn to just say I was there for a pick up, easy statement, grab and go right? Wrong, they had to look up my name and order, which is fine. Then I was told "We dont make that cake here, you can choose a pre made one from the freezer". To which I replied thats not what I ordered or paid for, so please just refund my order. She looked at me and said they dont do refunds in store because i ordered on the app, so it has to be done through the app. I asked how does that make sense if you just pulled my order up in your stores system, and can view it; you can cancel and refund it then, I program systems just like these. She doubled down and told me no, and that I needed to take care of it myself through the app. I then call the number this morning, because they were closed by time this happened, and after explaining the situation 3 times, was told that this location needs to issue the refund, and they will need to contact me direct; which completely discredits what the employee told me prior in store, and yet alligns with what I was saying to her. I dont know if its a training thing, or the employees at this center dont care. Their system proccessed my card, employees disregarded me and my in person complaint, and now have me jumping through hoops to get my money back for an item they dont carry, but falsely advertise at their location. Extremely annoyed and frustrated by this.

Took a little longer than expected, but if the girl there wasn’t texting on her phone and helping him instead it probably would’ve went a lot faster. Still I’m not gonna punch this guy with a bad review because he has no help! Good job brother keep up the good work. My daughter and I both appreciated the drinks. They were fantastic!

Got the order and drove down Hwy 14 getting it out as we drive, no spoons. Turn around drive back to the store- go inside where we are informed that you are out of spoons. My wife politely says “you might want to tell people that when they are in the drive through” and we get an eye roll and a very snarky “Okayyyyy”. Seriously- this isn’t that hard- you sell ice cream. People want to eat it. If you run out of spoons- I get it- but just inform your customers or have a back up plan.

I ordered on the BR App/BaskinRobbins.com, but I’m not seeing my visit credit – what happened?
Visit credits for orders placed on the BR App and BaskinRobbins.com will be issued at the time of order pickup.
Do my rewards and offers expire?
Yes. To check the expiration date of your rewards/offers, head to the BR App – expiration dates are listed on each reward and offer.
Can I use more than 1 reward or offer in a single transaction?
Yes! You can redeem a combination of up to 3 rewards and offers per transaction. Please note there is a limit of one offer applied per transaction, and always be sure to read each reward or offer’s description and terms for more information on redeeming.
What is the Baskin-Robbins Birthday Club?
The Birthday Club is a free program for our biggest fans. Join and receive special birthday rewards.
Is the Birthday Club just for kids?
No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.
How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
Yes. Registered businesses can purchase $500 or more in Baskin-Robbins gift cards from the Inspire Brands Corporate Gift Card Program. Visit here, or email bulkgiftcards@inspirebrands.com if you have questions about this program.
Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.

Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.
