  I have to say that today I had one of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. I order a Iced Vanilla latte with Oatmilk and an extra shot. The drink looked lighter than normal and tasted off. I pulled back around and let the girl know and a guy named Jesus came out and apologized and asked what was wrong. I'm not one to complain so I told him I wa sorry. He told me that it is his job to make sure that customers are fully satisfied. He explained what could of happened why the drink didn't taste the same. He went back and brought back my drink and waited until I tasted the drink. Jesus went above and beyond. He is a valuable asset and sure he will move up the ranks in 7brew he deserves it for his hard work and dedication. Most kids his age are not friendly and only work just for the money but he seems to really care about the customers which is rare. 7brew do what you have to do to keep this guy around.

  Great drinks, reasonable prices. The thing that makes this location great is the staff. Maddie was delightful to talk to and engaged with not only me but my three year old as well. And everyone I've interacted with here has been awesome. Highly recommend.

  Maddie was so professional and kind today! The employees are always so helpful each time I visit. The coffees are always amazing. I love that they have simple 1/2 and 1/4 sugar options!

  The Crystal Lake 7 Brew is by far the best around! Maddie definitely does an amazing job doing so with her energy, cleanliness, and giving amazing sounding recommendations for drinks.

  7 brew in Crystal lake is my go-to fun coffee and drink place! I come here regularly and always have fast and great service from the employees, and I’ve loved every drink I’ve tried here. Jesus helped check me out today and made my dog a yummy pup cup, and Andrea and Fernando made my drink to perfection. I will definitely always keep coming back! Keep up the great work!
