  My entire family loves the Crystal Lake 7 Brew. The manager, Martha is the sweetest, most friendly person. She makes sure everyone has a fantastic experience. Honestly, anyone I’ve had an interaction with, Jade and Natalie, has been fantastic. Our dog even loves going to get a pup cup.

  Kylie was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and she made the whole experience even better. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making customers happy. People like her are what make you want to come back! She never fails to put a smile on my face when I stop bye. Thank you Kylie for making my visit so great!

  I come here almost every day, I love 7 Brew! All of the staff are so friendly, and they try to make things move quickly despite long lines at peak times. Shout out to Jada, and the barista that dressed up as a purple dinosaur! Rain, shine, or BEES you guys do a great job.

  I don’t think i would function if it wasn’t for not just 7brew but this location. The staff is what really brings it all together and the speed and quality compared to other 7brews i’ve went to. Jade specifically is amazing and the nicest person. Thank you all for making my mornings better.

  Not sure what's going on with service, but it's a nightmare. Waited 25 minutes for a drink when there were only 2 cars before us. Cars behind us were serviced before we were, and I had to place the order at the pickup window instead of before hand. When the drink came, it had cream down the outside of the cup was completely wrong. Ordered a green apple drink and there was clearly no apple taste. When we went back to have it fixed, they looked at me like I had two heads. They fixed the drink and it actually came out green (so clearly they missed ingredients the first time) and they said "there you go, free of charge". As though I'd pay you more to give me the drink I ordered and paid for?? It should not take 30+ minutes to get a single item when there was barely a line when we showed up. Really disappointed in the decline of service and drink quality.
