- KFKat FloresJul 1, 20262.0This Dunkin used to be so good and then they hired new staff. Ever since they hired a bunch of new people I’ve had issues with my order every time I stop here. I order my coffee with nondairy milk due to medical issues and half the time they end up putting dairy in it and I have to argue with them to get it fixed. Then on the occasions I order breakfast for myself they will give me the wrong items and by the time I notice I can’t turn around because I have to go to work. Most encounters I’ve had with the newer employees they are rude and dismissive and that when they actually acknowledge your presence.

- DDDanApr 14, 20261.0This is now the sixth time we’ve come to this location and had issues with our cold foam drinks. Every time we visit around 2–3 PM, we experience the same problem and level of service. Today, we ordered two cold foam coffees, and once again, they were made incorrectly—no cold foam, and the color was noticeably off. I brought this to the employee’s attention, and his response was simply, “Oh.” When I asked for the drinks to be remade, he told me he couldn’t because they were out of caramel. He then went to the garbage, pulled out the sauce top and bottle to show us it had been thrown away, and immediately handled our drinks—touching around the lids—without washing his hands. When I pointed out that he should wash his hands, he briefly looked and said, “Yeah, you’re probably right.” At that point, we were uncomfortable with the situation and chose to cancel our order. We ended up going to another location to get our drinks. I’m not sure what’s going on at this store, but this has been a repeated issue, and it really needs to be addressed.
