  I went there today with a mobile order around 2 pm and this wonderful woman called out my order with such enthusiasm I felt so seen and heard. A few items were missing and she was able to fix it with no problem. Honestly a great team please give them a $20 raise and pto with benefits.

  Coffee is fine but the service was just terrible. Like they just wouldn’t speak. Very strange honestly. Didn’t give a total or anything.

  One of the worst Dunkin’s. Not sure who they hired to run this new location but it isn’t run well. I always give a company a few chances before I write a bad review. I have given this place 4 chances and every time it’s a problem. They never and I mean never give napkins with our food. The avocado toast is soggy and the lady this time just threw my donut in a bag without a wrapper on it. This will truly be my last time patronizing this Dunkin’ Donuts

  I come here regularly as I work close and appreciate a little treat once in a while. The issue today stems from a medium matcha with strawberry cold foam and strawberry flavoring that I ordered and when I received said drink it was filled only HALF WAY. I had already left the drive through and was trying to get back to work to have my lunch and couldn’t question why my drink was only filled half way. I can’t understand if it’s just because I ordered cold foam it would make the drink smaller if I’m paying almost a dollar more in cold foam. It’s an add on, not an add and subtract just because it might touch the lid. I’m extremely disappointed, and even more so as I expressed to my coworker who voiced the same issue that happened to them this morning with their own drink. If the person who’s making these is new there should be better supervision.
