  This is the second time I've bought from here and it was a terrible experience. I went with my wife to get two coffees, I ordered an iced coffee with just caramel and cream but they gave me a latte which doesn't work for me. She ordered a latte with strawberry cold foam and sprinkles, but they gave her a Refresher instead. On top of that, the lady offered us a pastry which we said we didn't want but she charged us for it anyway. When we pointed out the mistake with my wife's coffee, she just blamed the other employees, even though she was the one who had taken the order, we ended up paying for two items we never ordered

  Extremely disappointed. We live right down the street & come here often. Service is always crappy but haven’t had an issue with the food until today. First we go through the drive thru to get 6 donuts. Instead of putting them in a box they throw all of them in a BAG where the frosting is everywhere & it’s just a huge mess. We come home & decide to order delivery. I ordered an everything bagel with bacon egg & cheese & paid extra for the bbq to be on it. Well we get the order & bbq isn’t on my bagel. On top of it the donuts in the BOX like they should be are a total mess, frosting is off the donuts once again. Employee’s are clearly incompetent & careless. I will never come here again. It doesn’t help that there’s no number to call so I can speak to a manager.

  I came in to get an iced coffee but walked out with nothing, even after I paid. It was that bad 😆 🤦 The employees and manager have no idea what they're doing. All I wanted was an iced coffee with 5 creams, caramel swirl, and coconut flavor, and nobody could make it. I felt like I was speaking a different language to them. I feel bad making a 1-star review since this location just opened, but the owner needs to train the employees better and maybe get a manager who has experience. 1 employee actually thought 5 pumps of Carmel go in a medium iced coffee 🤦.
