- JCJosh CrundwellJul 13, 20261.0They over charge you for your coffee and make there own prices up i go for the same thing and they always change the price on my ice coffee by 30 40 cents. Ive been to multiple dunkin dounts locally maybe like 30 different locations and they all charge me 4.51 for the same thing I get here they try to charge me 4.81 4.91 on multiple occasions if they have 1k customers a day they pocket 300$ a day thats 2100$ a week thats 8400$ a month they definitely need to be investigated there scamming people out there money and it adds up again everywhere I go its 4.51$ avoid this place at all cost and the staff is very very rude
- AAARRJul 13, 20261.0Zero stars. This location it's always been pretty bad. But because it's close to my home. I sometimes go thinking that it'll be all right. And and sometimes it is but I will no longer ever visit. I stopped there before attending an event to get something for my son i asked for crispy hash browns they were soft and somehow burnt. The sandwich was hard and also burnt, bacon was also burnt. I came back after my event and gave them back the food complained they said they wouldn't do anything bc the order was from the morning (with attitude) , I asked to talk to the Mgr. They didn't want to do anything complained about something with the storm I said that's not my fault it's hard they shouldn't have given it to me. They refused a refund and said I could come back and get replacements later that week and tried to make excuses about the storm /their stock and other things which had nothing to do with the preparation of the food. which to me is unacceptable. If you want a correct order food properly prepared, or a manager that will correct any mistakes made do not go to that location. I have contacted corporate and recommend going to other locations or chains.
