- JLJasmine LuckySep 28, 20261.0Far from great. We come to this location all the time because it is in our neighborhood, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. First, they threw our munchkins and regular donuts together into a single bag instead of separating them. It was sloppy and made a mess.This is also not the first time they haven’t had the proper straws for the drinks they serve. It is incredibly frustrating that a coffee shop consistently runs out of or refuses to provide the correct size straws for their medium cold drinks.They gave us a short straw for our medium iced coffee. While it technically reached through the lid, it was way too short to actually drink from comfortably because your mouth completely hits the plastic lid just trying to take a sip. When we asked for a proper, longer straw, the employee just shook his head. When we asked a second time if they had the correct size, he just gave a flat, "No"—no apology, no effort to help, nothing. We weren't even able to drink our coffee properly. We want to keep supporting our neighborhood spot, but management needs to step up, fix the staff's attitude, and train them on basic customer service and proper packaging.

The service was not good, and one of the employees, an Indian man, had an attitude toward me for no reason and made the interaction uncomfortable. I expected basic respectful customer service, but unfortunately that was not what I received. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated because this experience definitely made me not want to come back.

One of the refreshers was the candy pink lemonade which come with dragon fruit pieces got to the window they gave me both refreshers but the one that was suppose to have dragon fruit pieces didn’t have them and they didn’t give me my starry soda, old guy at the drive thru window closed the window right away we waited for more than 5 minutes for him to come back to the window to tell him my refresher didn’t have the dragon fruit pieces in them and I was missing my soda , they old guy started giving me attitude saying the dragon fruit drink was discontinued and that they didn’t have any dragon fruit pieces mind you he never mention this when I was ordering . No customer skills whatsoever
