He claims that only the app can refund my money but after speaking to corporate they did inform me that Uriel was lying as I knew he was. All he had to do was give me a coke instead of an HI-C as a replacement but he refused that as well as the refund. Now I have to talk to the regional manager or whoever to get my money back because Uriel is a jerk and has refused to refund my money after a week.
