  Recently went for nurses week. A female employee was rude when asked if this location was participating in Nurse this week. It’s good to know that as a hard-working nurse I am not appreciated

  I called to speak with a manager, but the individual who responded was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I tried asking a question, she abruptly ended the call by hanging up.

  The quality of service for this place has gone down significantly ever since Michael and Lindsey no longer work there. The staff are very rude and condescending and my order hasn't been right ever since they left. When I recap my order, they cut me off as if they are annoyed that I'm repeating it back to them. Aaaand it's still wrong. New owners/management need to do something to get the customer service in order. I used to visit every morning before work. Now, I go out of my way to try to go to another location because of the service here.
