- TDTerrance DMay 10, 20261.0Fraud alert! We just placed a mobile order which included two Lattes. At the pickup window they indicated they could not make them. We requested our money back. They said they wouldn’t do that. They then made one stupid comment “your order was through the mobile app and we have NOTHING to do with that”. Ugh!!!! They basically do not provide your order but then keep your money. This is Fraud! In addition the person at the window was rude and hateful. Believe this location is owned by the Ruiz family under FF&G LC. Avoid this location.

Half the staff are polite and helpful the other half accuse you on lying when you point out your order being wrong. Complaints have been submitted to McDonald’s corporate multiple times and no reply or changes.
