When we finally got our food we opened the sandwich and it was not correct. I looked at the receipt on the bag and we were charged for the wrong sandwich. We left already and were running late due to such a long wait in the drive thru so we were not able to go back.

This place doesn’t seem to care at all about the fast food aspect. It’s not uncommon to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a sandwich at this Jimmy John’s. You can do better.
