  Every time I go or call they say the cashier not around so I gotta order online. This lil current crew is horrible!!!!!!!!! online don’t take cash!!

  Got this door dashed, not sure if i just don’t eat wing stop enough but it was pretty darn good. Order blue cheese, didn’t get it but got some type of dipping sauce that might be better

  I ordered food from this location, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, my order was not ready at the time the app stated it would be. I went inside, gave an employee my name, and was told they were working on it. I had no problem waiting. However, the employee eventually placed my food on the pickup shelf without notifying me, and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before he realized my order was ready. When I finally got home, I discovered that my fries were cold, my side of celery was missing, and the sauces on my chicken were incorrect. Because of the incorrect sauces, I was unable to eat the chicken and ultimately had to throw the food away. I also called the restaurant that night to try to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. The following day, I called and spoke with a manager. Initially, she told me that as long as I had my receipt, my order could be replaced. She later called me back and asked if I still had the food. I explained that it was from the previous night and had already been thrown away. She then asked if I had taken a picture, which I had not. At that point, she changed her response and told me that because I no longer had the food and did not have a picture, there was nothing they could do—not even replace the missing items I had paid for or remake the incorrect order. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding refunds or replacements, but I made an effort to contact the restaurant the same night and no one answered. I should not have to keep incorrect, uneaten food overnight just to prove that my order was made incorrectly, especially when I attempted to contact the restaurant immediately. At this point, I am simply out of the money I paid for food that I could not eat because the order was prepared incorrectly. The customer service and handling of this situation were very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

  I will say the young lady was positive and perky answering the phone. BUT my food every time I come to this location is sub par! $34 and you give me cold fries and salty tenders! Chicken pale as all get out! On top of all that you give me 10 fries in each container! ON everything I love I will not be back to this location!
