  The beltline location is better than the other Collinsville location. This one actually does the food right. Friendly workers too.

  Waited for 15 mins in drive thru and never made it to the speaker. Waited for the person in line behind me to leave, so I could do the same. Went to the N. Bluff location instead and got my order quicker than the time I waited in line here. There was also an employee who kept going to and from his car while on his phone. I guess he was on his break, but not a great look while the place is obviously swamped and moving so slowly.

  Order a # 7 box the only thing they got right was our drinks here is my taco. Which I don’t know what it is no burrito no jalaupa no taco so disappointed in this Taco Bell this is the worst’s order I have ever got at Taco Bell’s

  We asked for the nugget deluxe combo only for the drive thru worker to tell us they were all the same thing, and then when we got to the window, we asked for clarification. We were given MAJOR attitude and told that we did not tell them we wanted the other combo (which obviously we did). The workers made a big deal and basically said it was our problem, and she gave us the food to find out we were right… we did not get the food we wanted. If given the option, go to the other tacobell.
