  Its very hit and miss with the service and quality of the food. Glad theres this location, but the GM needs to do better.

  Drove thru. Had to circle back for my drink. It was clean. Client interaction was sterile and utilitarian. I almost felt like a bother. Then I was like, nope. And I went on with my day; knowing I never had to stop here again.

  Food is always ready really fast! Service is great! Inorder on the app and it's always ready by the time I get there at this location.

  Tonight I stopped by Taco Bell on Bluff Road, and it reminded me why I keep coming back. The customer service at this location is consistently excellent. The staff is always kind, professional, respectful, and welcoming. Tonight in particular, one employee, who may have been a manager, took a moment to show kindness to me and speak so intentionally that it completely changed my evening. She has no idea how much I needed that in that moment. Sometimes people don’t realize the impact a few kind words can have on someone who is having a difficult day. I placed a mobile order and I was so consumed in my own weary way that I didn’t even ask her name but once I got home and I sat down to eat it dawned on me and I thank her so much tonight will be a peaceful night. I love bluff road store. They have never failed me.
