  I had an issue with my delivery with door dash they left my food on my front porch and never knocked. But Teira helped me she had my food remade and delivered back to me without hesitation she was sweet, kind and an amazing employee.

  They have a big sign out side that days open for dine-in. Buffet was set up for dine-in, but they said no dine in when I went inside.

  I’d like to share my experience. I’m a customer who visits this pizzeria at least once a week. Last Wednesday—a day I don't usually come—I stopped by for lunch. I was served by a dark-haired woman I’d never encountered before; she was incredibly rude, impolite, and ill-mannered—honestly, she came across as very racist. We didn't get the buffet; we ordered to eat in. From the moment I placed my order, she had a terrible attitude. When she brought the pizzas to my table, she practically threw them down—she was extremely rude. I was really upset that day and thought about leaving a bad review on Google, but I told myself, "I come here every week, so I’ll just file a formal complaint instead." Well, today was the day I did that. I spoke to the white woman who works here every day—Reyanna, if I’m not mistaken—and told her what had happened with the other woman last week. She was mortified and apologized—she’s always so kind. Meanwhile, the cook with the braids overheard the conversation. I didn't know what was going on until I went to get another plate of food and saw Reyanna—the woman who always serves me—walking out. She was crying, trembling, and her face was bright red. I asked if everything was okay, and she told me she’d been fired; the woman who had overheard us had argued with her, and she was let go unfairly. They ruthlessly fired the only kind, helpful person in the pizzeria. That’s why I’m making this complaint today. You really need to train your employees to be more service-oriented. People don't come here expecting free food; we come for good service. And yet, you fired the only person who truly provided that, simply because I told her what happened last Wednesday when she wasn't there.

  I spent 36 dollars on 3 pizzas and wings. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted those pizzas made and they were completely ignored. I had to drive all the way back up to the store just to be told they wouldnt make it correctly nor will they issue a refund. The lady Jay who works there was very rude and disrespectful. She found it professional to argue with a customer over specific instructions. I talked to the gm and she said that she doesn't even know why I called to file a complaint. This location doesn't care about it's costumers at all. I wanted the food remade or a refund which is a simple request at the least. But since I cant be shown simple decency and respect I'll never eat here again. Furthermore, I'll be letting all business associates, family, and friends to just start ordering elsewhere because they don't care about making the food correctly or customer satisfaction.

  I do wanna make it clear. I have gotten a hold of them from both of these and while this experience this evening, they haven’t gotten back a hold of me, the previous experience was from over a month ago, and I did get a hold of their website and they still have not gotten back a hold of me with any sort of resolution. This is not my first poor experience with delivery from this Pizza Hut, but since I can’t make a second review I had to delete the old one and make a new one. I wanted to make sure people saw the old one that was never really resolved, just given an “oopsy🤭sorry”, so they can see nothing has been done to improve the quality of delivery, if anything it’s gotten worse. This time after paying for the food as well as delivery and a tip, they forgot the pan of pasta. I work in an er and can’t leave to get food. And because I work midnights I am often too busy to get my food from the delivery person myself, and thus don’t know when something is missing until it is well past midnight. I mean really the address I have them deliver this to is one of the few hospitals in the area. I’m obviously not ordering if I brought something and when I put “give to the ER charge nurse” that should be enough to tell you where I work and maybe perhaps healthcare workers should get some sort of extra care. If nothing else at least make sure we get what we PAID for.
