  CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TRASH. If u want to be talked to like crap go here. I live a street over and will now be going to the other one because it's been every time since I moved here in October they have the WORSE Management and staff. They are just rude multiple times. I've pulled up to the drive-thru and she's asked me "what do u want?" They have slammed the window in my face the last time granted it was a bunch of teenagers but still there's just unnecessary attitude and disrespect. Every single time I go there and all I'm doing is trying to get my son's happy meal. The one manager (heavier lady with brown hair) has been there for 15 years or at least since I was a kid and still has never learned customer service I never realized how bad it was until I moved near by and it became the closest McDonald's.

  They make you pull up for everything, they even made me pull up for an iced coffee. Just order on the app you’ll be sitting in the parking lot anyways

  Did not get item I paid for. Triple cheese plain. Also the chicken nuggets where chewy like rubber. Not the normal McDonald's experience and wish I went somewhere else

  I’m here to leave a bad review because your employees are very rude and disrespectful. I ordered one thing and I was late to school cause it took you guys 20 minutes to give me my one thing. there was five employees just there doing absolutely nothing even one of them was on their phone. And by the time I got my food it was cold.
