  Ordered four sandwiches got 3 told me they dont have there own delivery service so couldnt bring me it and id have to come in i said well i cant today. Took my name and auch well i went in to get it and wouldnt give me the sandwich i was owed

  Waiting over 15 minutes for a "freaky fast" sandwich—only to stand in total silence while the staff ignores the crowd and completely ruins your order—is unacceptable. Silence isn't efficiency; it's a complete lack of respect for people's time. A basic five-second warning that orders were backed up is the bare minimum, but handing over a messed-up order after a quarter-hour wait is just insult to injury. This location has clearly gone off the rails. Seems the managers/ those in charge aren't particularly helpful either, the management has gotten worse over the months. Wow.

  The team here were polite and prompt, the food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean, and not very noisy. When the strawberry lemonade is available, that's pretty delicious too! 🍓

  The last few times I've ordered, it's taken over an hour to get, and only after we had to call the store and ask the status. Sandwich is wrong, toppings that were extra...missing, consistently forget the drink, never cut it in half, even with notes. This one has gone downhill since I moved here. Complete waste of money.
