She repeats the order and gets it wrong so I repeat it and then I get the sandwich and they gave me the wrong size and didn’t even put it in a bag. Whatever and I get home and I am almost finished when I take a bite a something is in my mouth and I pull it out and a long black hair is in my mouth. I will not be going to this location as this is the second time they have messed up my order and obviously some training needs done.

Silence isn't efficiency; it's a complete lack of respect for people's time. A basic five-second warning that orders were backed up is the bare minimum, but handing over a messed-up order after a quarter-hour wait is just insult to injury. This location has clearly gone off the rails. Seems the managers/ those in charge aren't particularly helpful either, the management has gotten worse over the months. Wow.
