  Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not Freaky Fast. Good food but frustrating when you're on a time limit for lunch.

  Sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes is actually insane for a freaky fast as the slogan.

  This is the second time I've had over a 15 minute wait in the drive through from the restaurant known for "subs so fast you'll freak" The first time it looked like the staff was swamped with online orders. This time it didn't look like anything was going on.

  So much for freaky fast service. Saturday afternoon drive thru wrapped around building. Went inside and still waited for 21 minutes. Oh, did I mention I called my one sandwich order in 20 minutes prior to arriving. I'm no mathematician, but over 40 minutes. Really! Probably an anomaly......nope 2 weeks later similar scenario, but total time was 29 minutes for the same chicken gyro. Did I mention both visits got the sandwich wrong. Shame, I like the freaky fast sandwich, just not at the Collinsville location!!

  4/23/26 8:45p.m. pulled up to the drive through and got told to wait with 0 vehicles waiting on food in the drive through and the lobby is empty. Get told to wait then I guess they forgot to turn the mic off and continued to joke and laugh over the intercom so we just sat and listened for about 6 minutes and we said "hello" and they respond "oh yeah what can we get you" we order and continued to window where the girl is on her phone while we sit on the other side of the glass waiting to pay(same girl taking orders on mic). Doesn't look good for management or the company. Pure laziness in my opinion
