  One of my only problems with this location is the short girl with glasses. Every time me and my family go here and she's working she always has a major attitude and is treating customers disrespectfully. Id report her directly but none of the employees wear name tags. Other than her, we tend to avoid going on the weekends or later in the evening because at those times it's always run by children and the quality of the food is typically much worse.

  Need to update hours drove down from Bourbonnais arrived at 9 and they told us they were closed even tho hours state 10pm

  I had a great experience at this Dairy Queen location! The facility was clean, the service was fast, and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. A huge shoutout to the manager, Lynn who clearly runs a tight ship. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made sure every guest was taken care of with a smile. It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality, and it really made our visit stand out. We will definitely be back!

  The onion burger you guys sold me was very cold at each bite. The solid slice of cheese on my burger was very cold. The pickles were very cold. The beef patty was lukewarm with some cold chunks in the middle of it. I asked for extra mayo, but you guys added very light Mayo. The burger didn’t taste off though, it was actually okay in taste. The different temperatures throughout the burger made the experience bad overall though. Our drive-thru bag had zero napkins. We weren’t told the BBQ sauce was an extra $1. The cashier said our total was $7.50 but after we paid in cash, I asked for the receipt and noticed our total was actually over a dollar more than what the cashier stated. The customer service was good though, staff was kind. You guys need to be inspected by the health department for the unacceptable food cooking temperatures, though. Failing to cook animal products at the correct heat can make people sick. I hope I don’t get sick for eating undercooked beef.

  Love the ice cream and the ladies working there are so nice. Each time we travel to Indiana, we stop by there.
