  These people are selling parmesan cheese cans in the produce section that expired in JUN, and refused my refund for buying one. Unreal.

  I have been coming to this Jewel for years and last month I believe came in and went to deli to get lunch meat and Lewis sliced the meat and cheese nicely. It's these little details many overlook but I definitely did not. Here is a picture of the presentation.

  5 pm and one register open, hire more people. The people here are wonderful. Hire more people and pay them more. The one register doesn’t even have a bagger. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Pure greed.

  I just want to compliment, the manager Frank and the Staff at Jewels, The Clarendon Hills location. I had a very important event, and I placed an order for some catering, which was mistakenly given to someone else. The staff was extremely apologetic and quick to resolve the problem because they knew how important this event was. I am a non-for-profit. honoring veterans/1st responders and their service dogs. What I found so commendable was it wasn’t just. I’m sorry here’s a refund it was. What can we give you? What can we do to help rectify the situation? I was kind of at a loss at that time because I really didn’t know what To do, they asked me to wait for a few moments while they went and checked to see what they had in the store So I was waiting in my car they came and told me could I come in for a moment because Frank the manager would like to speak to me and when I went in there, there was a shopping cart filled with sandwiches, assorted salad and potato chips. I couldn’t believe. they went so far above and beyond to make sure that my event was taken care of I offered to pay they wouldn’t hear of it. They even gave me a gift card. They are amazing group of people and I Will continue to work with them always I do want to know that I have placed disorder several times and it always has gone with no problems, but I can say that it almost brought tears to my eyes the kindness and compassion they showed me, especially when they found out, it was such an important event for My not for profit or organization, but I can tell you that it would be for anybody’s event. They really really care and everybody who help me from the young lady who brought the items to the car to the assistant manager to the manager, and I do apologize. I don’t have all their names, but thank you from the bottom of my heart I’ve told everybody of your kindness, and I would suggest everybody do business with them. They actually do care about their customers and they care about veterans first responders and service Dogs God bless you all.
