  I called inside asking about my food because it was taking a while, and I was met with silence and then hung up on. I don’t know why, but that was just rude. :(

  First time every trying Sonic. Absolutely awful. Burger was room tempature, tasted like it had been sitting on a counter unheated for a long time. The onion rings were okay but there were 7 smallish ones for $5.49 + tax. Poor value.

  I pulled into the drive thru, we were asked to hold for a few moments, another car pulled into lane two and their order was taken. When asked why we had to wait, the order taker who was the manager, stated she had to wash her hand before touching the screen. She did not apologize, she kept arguing with us. The other person assigned to lane two should have taken our order while the other order taker was unavailable.

  I don't know why Sonics corporate allowed a car wash to open right next to them. It's noisy as can be and you can't sit outside because it's noisy as can be! We haven't gone to this one in a long time because the service is really bad. They take way too long and I do this through my app so I can get my coupons and my deals and points etc. and the food is almost always cold or mixed up. That is, they get our order wrong every time we go there unless we're getting 1099 corn dogs. They sure don't mess that up but they take forever with those and we end up getting cold corn dogs so we have to nuke at home. It's really sad because we love Sonic and before that goofy car wash open we used to go there with the kids at night and do the whole half off happy hour drinks and sit in our car like those guys in the commercial sitting in a convertible and just talk. You can barely talk or actually you can barely hear what the other person saying.
