  I was extremely disgusted watching the employee making sandwiches repeatedly wipe his nose while wearing gloves, then continue handling customers’ food without changing them. This happened more than once. That is completely unsanitary and made me lose my appetite. I will not be ordering food from this location again. Management seriously needs to address proper food-handling and glove-changing procedures.

  You can never just quickly get a coffee from this location. Literally always dragging … you can place a pick up order or whatever they all running around like a chicken with no heads.

  They are picking and choosing who they give the hats to there. I was told they where out. So I walked out and they proceeded to hand the guy after me a hat before he even ordered.

  I only go here when I cant make it to a different location. But everytime I go they mess up my order. I mainly go just to get a matcha drink and the occasional croissant sandwich. And every time I go to this specific location I regret it. I always order my matcha LG, with less ice and no foam/mix. Well today to no surprise really. I received this drink with a ton of ice and lots of foam. When I let the employee know she said it already had less ice no foam. Tell me why in front of her I try to put the straw in and it wont go through at all because it was filled to the brim with ice. She than takes the drink back, does not make a new one just takes the ice out and gives me what's in the picture. Once the drink settled this is what it looked like. Not only that but upon arriving to work I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. Needless to say I won't be going back and will make the longer trip especially when I pay almost 7$ for a drink just for it to not be made to my liking. The customer service is lacking.
