  Its as if you collected the most amount of employees who cant read or count. I do mobile orders because theres no way to mess them up unless you just don t read and count. Go figure, missing items and sauces like always, app gives me a free entree. Even though 2 of my entrees are screwed now. Please teach these kids to read and count, Sesame Street is free.

  No se hacen responsables de las órdenes que empacan en la tienda llegó mi comida incompleta y me tuve que comunicar con la tienda siendo que ahí coloqué mi orden no me pudieron ayudar deberían tener más cuidado cuando empacan las órdenes por la comida era para mis niñas y tuve que dejar 2 son comida y la otra comiendo dudo que puedan entender eso

  The staff here are so friendly! A young female employee was especially kind — she gave me a cute cow gift when I said I liked it. That was such a sweet gesture and truly made my day. Thank you for the great service!

  4/14/25 Update: this location is now interacting with the community via IG and I believe that's smart engagement. Recently they made a mistake with a free item that was promised and they directly reached out to make things right. Thanks guys! Have loved Chick-fil-A but found I haven't tried this location too many times since it opened. I think the odd parking and drive thru layout doesn't help, but the staff is genuinely helpful and the food was good. An annoyance of coming to this location, just so you're prepared, is that when staff isn't outside taking your order, and you have to use the mic, it's hard to hear the staff because of the road noise from Cicero Ave. Seems like something so trivial, but can make ordering a bit difficult. This is not a deal breaker, just something the location staff and you can take into account when ordering. Otherwise, glad to have this business close by. Don't let 1 star reviews sway you from stopping in.
