  Kiosk order 646 on 05.15.2026. 2 cheeseburger meal with 10 piece nugget on the side to go. Waited about 20 minutes for order, and then get order, and it was missing the 2nd burger. Chicken nuggets seemed off this time also, and were grisly, but I'm not faulting this location for that. App is hit and miss at this location, and the drive through sign versus the order sign show meal discrepancies that will give the wrong results if you don't catch it.

  Friendly staff but sandwich was raw waited 25 minutes for food no gloves and people vaping in the back with food i would assume from hearing conversations in the back the guy infront of me had a raw burger 1/10 not recommended would never eat here again

  After waiting for some time we got our food and it was wrong. I’m Alergic to dairy and they got upset and rolled their eyes when we gave it back. They whipped only half the cheese off one sandwich and gave me a completely different sandwich with cheese. We waited 12 minutes and it was givin cold and our other food went cold waiting.

  I thought with the new owner that things would get better- and they did for a little while. Now they are back to the shake machine often "not working", even the back-up to shakes, the frappe machine was down for cleaning. And today they can't count 2 large fries and one medium fry (one of the large fries was part of a combo). As a person who used to work at McDs back in the day, this is not acceptable. Come on, Chillicothe McDonalds, I know you can do better! Note- Shannon R approved us a shake the other day and now fries tonight when we go back next, but I cant explain that to the kiddos!
