I ordered at the front counter and the person was pleasant taking the order. The wait was about 7 - 10 minutes. Sat down at my gate and waited for the pizza to cool down. VERY hot. I have to say, for airport pizza, this place isn't bad. A solid 3.5. I've had worse this week in my travels. It hit the spot after a very long day of airport delays.

The lone man working the front around 11am was doing an amazing job today and dealing with a big rush. There were some issues with my order, due to ingredients not being available, he honestly communicated with me, found a solution and made sure I was happy. Rare to get such thoughtful customer service in a venue like this. He gets it. I enjoyed my experience and will visit again next time I am at Midway. Thanks my man.

Everything looked amazing. I got a slice of sausage pizza, it was delish. Give yourself 10 minutes to receive because they are making most orders fresh. I ate my slice in the jetbridge for my immediate next flight. Thanks guys!!
