- JJIMTOM *May 9, 20261.0Stopped at Woodgrain Pizzeria at O’Hare around 1pm today and had a really unpleasant experience. I walked up to order and the employee just stood there silently ignoring me. I finally asked if I was supposed to order on the screen and she only nodded once without saying a word. Then I asked if they accepted cash and again got no response at all. I understand airport restaurants get busy, but basic customer service and communication should still exist. I ended up walking away and going to the restaurant next door instead.

- MHMark HickmanApr 12, 20261.0I stood in line for at least 7 or 8 minutes while I watched an employee stand at the sink cleaning it. There were 3 of us there waiting in line to give our order. When this employee finished cleaning the sink, she went straight to the back without even turning to look to see if people were waiting with orders. As a restaurant owner myself, I feel sorry that this employee cares only about her paycheck but seems to be unconcerned about whether actual sales happen or not.
