  This location is fast, consistent, and has literally never gotten my order wrong in what probably amounts to 100+ orders. The people who run this location should be proud

  I have been eating at various Wingstop restaurants around Chicago for over a decade. This particular store could have better leadership and service. The food isn’t the issue here, their wings are always decent and to Wingstop standards but it’s the level of service this store provides that is the reason for my negative review. This location is fully staffed in the kitchen and also has security. It is always an issue to sit down and eat my meal after 10pm. For the amount of people that work here on a weekend and being that they employ a security guard why is it that they can’t manage the dining area to be open for guests to eat? This is the closest Wingstop to my job and I would like to sit down and enjoy my meal without being told I have to leave because the dinning area is closed. If you as an owner have 6-8 people working the kitchen and 1 security guard there should be no reason your dining area is closed.

  I was very disappointed with my experience. My receipt clearly shows that I paid for an extra sauce, but the cashier, Jose, insisted that I didn’t order it. We went back and forth for about 10 minutes, and he repeatedly told me the sauce had been canceled, even though it clearly had not. He also never wanted to give me my receipt—I had to ask for it several times before he finally handed it to me. Once I had the receipt, it clearly showed that I had paid for the sauce. A team member from the back came over, reviewed the receipt, confirmed that I was correct, gave me the sauce, and even offered me a brownie for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. The fries were very hard, overcooked, and there were only a small amount in the container. Between the poor customer service and the food quality, this was not a good experience. I hope the staff receives better training on handling customer concerns respectfully and verifying orders before arguing with customers.

  Got food poisoning here. The cashier was on the phone. Will not give you a refund.

  Everyone here is always so nice and it’s always clean in here too. Quick service. Great wings of course.
