  Food was tasty as always. Location a bit small. The service was very subpar and the roof was leaking in area where I was seating. I informed and was told to move . There was no sign or anything. Very unprofessional.

  I went to pick up my carryout order at the scheduled pickup time, but when I arrived, the staff told me my order had already been collected by someone else. I was completely confused because I had just arrived and hadn't authorized anyone else to pick it up. Instead of receiving my food right away, I had to wait another 15–20 minutes while they remade the entire order. Although they apologized, the situation was frustrating and delayed my plans. When they handed me my combo meal, I noticed the drink cup was damaged and looked like it had already been used. I immediately asked for a replacement, and they gave me another one without any issues. Unfortunately, the soda machine was another disappointment. I selected Cherry Coke, but the drink tasted nothing like it and seemed to be mixed with another soda, making me think the machine hadn't been properly maintained. After finally getting home to eat, I realized my order still wasn't prepared correctly. I had specifically requested light seasoning on the fries, but they were heavily seasoned. One of the chicken tender flavors I ordered, Hot Honey Rub, was missing completely. Instead, the tenders tasted plain, as if the sauce had been forgotten altogether. It was frustrating to see multiple mistakes in a single order after already waiting extra time. This wasn't a small issue—it felt like almost every part of the order had something wrong with it. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic order accuracy should still be a priority. Double-checking orders before handing them to customers could prevent situations like this. The overall experience left a very poor impression. I expected much better attention to detail and quality control. Because of everything that happened, I don't plan on ordering from this location again. If you decide to eat here, make sure to inspect your entire order before leaving, and be prepared for possible delays if something goes wrong.

  My Order was take-out, when I arrived home my boneless chicken wings were disgusting. You couldn't even chew them. Felt like rubber. Ive never been so disgusted.
