  I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Uncle John’s BBQ today. The short, brown-skinned woman working the order line was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of how busy the establishment is. Her attitude completely ruined my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. If you value your money and expect decent customer service, I would think twice before visiting.

  Your food is excellent but there's just not enough space and need to add more order takers. Bilingual speaking also times are changing. I was at the location on 83rd and Cottage Grove many were coming in just a thought.

  My turkey tips was raw and there was pork rips mixed in with my turkey tips. I also get extremely sick if i eat pork.Made me sick I have had a headache for almost a week now. I went there on 9.24.26, and my head is still hurting and I still can't hold any food on my stomach The food quality has gotten horrible

  Everything thing was absolutely perfect: my pork ribs & mild turkey links! Uhm, uhm good! Cooked just right! Everything was included : lots of delicious sauce, even there I added a large side of sauce & enough bread; new style container that keeps everything inside. Ordering online was superb, super easy, even when I had to go back & make a change in my order. I also love that we get points for online ordering. Thank you Uncle John! 😃👍✅💯💕

  I've ordered food twice in one week!!! The hot links are so good. The fries with the hot bbq sauce were good as well. I tried the jerk rib tips and was pleasantly surprised how moist the meat was. I love the taste of the hot bbq sauce. I think I've found a new bbq spot!!!!! Use the app to order; you receive points.
