- AMana maria1 day ago2.0Today I went to buy two smoothies and a wrap. The young man who served me was very friendly! I asked him if I could swap the french fries for a cookie, and he kindly told me that I could. Suddenly, a young woman—I’m not sure if she was the manager—came out of the kitchen and yelled at me, telling me that I couldn't make the swap! She spoke to me in a very rude manner, and with a terrible attitude! She even started looking through my bag to see if I had grabbed the cookie anyway—something I certainly wouldn't have done without the consent of the staff working there. This is one of my favorite places, and I visit frequently, but I really think the customer service needs to improve!!! Thanks :)

I even watched them make it and it wasn’t blending right due to the amount of ice so they added more water to it which then just deluded the drink altogether. And I’ve had the same drink several times before. Just rather not spend $13 for ice and water
