Food is typically adequate, and as part of a luxury hotel, it could be a lovely setting. However, seating in the main dining hall near windows offers a view of parking and an alleyway. Staff is slow and often seems preoccupied. I have never been to the restaurant when it is more than 1/4 seated. Their Response to inquiries ( calls and email) after a recent visit, have gone unanswered. Previously, I had been a repeat customer. Though, I believe that the Peninsula, and the St. Regis offer better options. Disappointed.
