  I ordered directly from this restaurant at 11:15 PM expecting a normal delivery experience, but it turned into a frustrating situation. After placing the order, the status kept changing from “on the way” to “being prepared,” which made no sense. When I called around midnight, I was told my order was still at the restaurant and no driver had picked it up yet. I asked if there was any alternative way to deliver it, and instead of getting a clear answer, I was repeatedly put on hold. On the fourth hold, the staff member hung up on me. After that, I called back multiple times and no one answered. I finally received my food around 1:00 AM, almost 2 hours later, and it was cold. I understand late-night delays can happen, but the lack of communication and being hung up on was very unprofessional. If you’re relying on third-party delivery, that should be clearly communicated when customers order directly.

  Jella was an amazing bertender. Everything she brought was chilled and delicious. I highly recommend coming in to enjoy a calm night. Or, if your feeling frisky there is also karaoke. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I cant wait to come back.

  Walking down into this hidden basement bistro felt like discovering one of the city’s best-kept secrets. The atmosphere is unreal, moody lighting, incredible music, intimate without trying too hard. The cocktails were genuinely some of the best I’ve had in a long time, and every dish was ridiculously good. It somehow feels both underground and welcoming at the same time. One of those places you leave already planning your next visit.

  The ambiance was definitely amazing. We didn’t have food but the people next to us did and it looked delicious. The service staff was so polite and efficient. My friends and I love to come here and unwind with a little soju. Iris was very helpful. I can’t wait to come back.

  They charge $15 for Tito’s vodka and another $5 for soda water is ridiculous. A $20 vodka soda at a karaoke bar in Chicago is wild — even overpriced Miami Beach hotel bars usually don’t charge that much!
