  recently went here; it was 04/25/2026 around 08:40 a.m... so, first off I went to get coffee so, I wanted to order it on the self order machine the coffee was not placed as an order individually and single it was in a picture with a meal; that’s it! so, then I’m still looking for coffee in the self check out and self order machine and I didn’t see the coffee by itself for me to order.. then the burrito I ordered it looked bitten; I had to tear a piece off of the burrito so I won’t eat from that part of the burrito.. then the hash brown that I had got was very hard; I had to tear most of the hash brown hard part from the hash brown. I couldn’t even eat my whole full hash brown and without picking at it at that. Also, the beverage machine only being outside for customers and not having another one for the employees in the employee area is somewhat disturbing for me and maybe for other customers too. Also, I be trying to leave from the other door and they only have one door open; every time!!!!!

  No one answers the phone. Ordered a delivery via their app. Three people passed up my order after waiting for so long. Cancelled my order at the end for no reason not even a courtesy of calling or contacting me with some reason. Tried calling to see what’s going on but of course no one answers the phone. I know this location has issues

  Today, Thursday April 23rd at 6pm, I visited this Taco Bell location on Broadway Ave and had the worst experience of my life. The service was terrible, extremely slow, and the staff was rude. The girl at the front counter has no idea what customer service means, and two other employees in the kitchen area simply turned around and laughed in a mocking way. I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, but that is no excuse for providing such poor customer service. I will never return to this location. I was respectful and polite the entire time, but the way I was treated as a customer makes me want to avoid ordering here in the future.

  Since the new employee, Deleyen, was hired, orders have been moving much faster whenever he is working at the front. Customers rarely wait more than five minutes. He demonstrates excellent management skills and provides great service.!!!👍🏼

  It was my first time in a Taco Bell. I waited to order but not one employee acknowledged that I was there, so I saw another customer came in and went to the kiosk to order. I was able to order and get my food.
