  I visited this location on Tuesday evening to pick up a delivery order. While I understand the service industry is stressful, I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the woman working the counter, who appeared to be in a management role. ​It was clear from the outset that there was a lack of consistency in how customers and couriers were being treated. She approached me with a defensive, sharp attitude and a visible look of annoyance before I had even spoken. It felt as though she had made an immediate assumption about who I was or my ability to communicate, and her demeanor only awkwardly shifted once she realized those assumptions were incorrect. ​Even after the "adjustment" in her head, she maintained a condescending tone that made the interaction unnecessarily tense. I even tried to de-escalate the situation by being friendly and mentioning I was getting back into the delivery routine, but she remained sharp and dismissive. ​Everyone who enters a business—whether a customer or a delivery driver—deserves to be treated with basic neutrality and fairness, regardless of their perceived background. It is clear there is a need for better training here regarding professional composure and ensuring that staff, especially management, are not letting personal biases or frustrations dictate how they treat the public.

  Recently moved to Chicago, longtime Taco Bell fan. This is the nicest location I’ve been to in terms of staff friendliness, curb appeal, cleanliness, and efficiency. The staff evening of 3/27 seemed to get along well with each other were pleasant to customers and the food was great and fresh. Tried the new confetti cake freeze, it was FIRE I hope they keep it around. Now for the new dessert empanadas… they’re a flop (a worse McDonald’s apple pie), but all the other new value items I tried were great! Sat down to eat here and had a great meal. Would def come back to this location!

  jose from the morning shift has always been a really nice guy and fun to chat with, never a dull moment with him and he gets orders out fast! great service all around
