  This place deserves the worst rating possible. Horribly mismanaged. Completely filthy. The only reason they get business is because of the Taco Bell name. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING TO RECEIVE ANY SORT OF QUALITY FOOD.

  Either Taco Bell gets serious about its service, or it shuts this location down. It should not take 40 minutes to get an order.

  Service was idiotic. They have a security guard individually stationed at the pickup counter who doesn't know anything and is completely useless. The labeled pickup counter the security guard is stationed at isn't even a pickup counter, it's just an aesthetic display. The only thing that the Taco Bell workers can understand is your name on the order if it's even already ready! Time to try other places that communicate and can understand basic ordering language. If you ordered on the app and the order doesn't appear as processing, don't even try asking if it's being prepared. Worst Taco Bell experience you'll ever have in terms of service, atmosphere, communication. The best thing a customer can do for a 5 star experience is to only order on the kiosk in the store and intensely listen for their name.
