  Just had the best experience with Sharnae. Customer service was impeccable! Took her time to explain the menu, was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and was simply a genuine, kind soul! Thank you for your kindness. Taco Bell has a gem!

  The manger on shift, I think her name was Sherdna, was amazing. I had Taco Bell the night before and was craving more of their fries. When I got in there she welcomed em with a smile and asked how I was doing. We talked and as I got my food she told me she had dropped them fresh just for me. Those were some of the best fries I ever had. Thank you Sherdna. (I apologize if I miss spelled her name.)

  Actively serving guacamole that had gone bad. Employee said it’s bc it had been ‘sitting out all day so it’s not going to be fresh’
