  I've never had a worse experience at Taco Bell. We waited over 30 min for our food after being ensured our food was on the way. We asked them 15 min in if the food was coming. They said they're making it now. Then another 15 minutes. When we asked for a manager, we were told no one speaks English and nothing else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

  Review written 4/25/2026. Sketchy area tbh this part of Chicago is becoming pretty sketch Floors were super sticky No parking lot Has Street parking Busy area Pros: Quick prep for mobile order rewards redemption Employee friendly and gave free water cup

  I love this taco bell. The ordering is easy ,the food comes quick and is delicious. I didn't get my chocolate caramel empanadas that were on online menu.😥 they don't have them.

  i was shocked by their service. i’m a customer but can’t use restroom cuz they “cleaned up”. came by 12:31 am, they’re working till 2am. very nice👍🏻
