  This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. I ordered through the app and they took 30min to make my meal. I don’t know who is training these people but this location deserves to be shut down.

  2nd time here at drive-thru and 2nd time they get my order completely wrong. Sticker/receipt shows what I ordered, but they are not paying attention and just throw in whatever. I asked for Beef not bean! Not coming here ever again. Avoid!

  Horrible horrible customer service by the " manager " angel. He definitely seemed like he wasn't happy with his job.And he was very cocky and arrogant. When i let him know that he served us completely burnt potatoes.He shrugged his shoulders and had an attitude about it.I also let him know that the pop machine was flat.His response was " lack of carbonation" with a dirty look on his face. Angel needs to be talked to and maybe take a class on how to serve customers.And how to deal with problems with today's economy, Taco Bell should be lucky that anybody even gives them any type of business.I will gladly take the twenty minute ride out of my way and go to the franklin park location where you get served with a smile and fresh food and where the people feel happy to see people walk in their restauran. Zero zero zero stars based on angel. If this little boy is truly the manager this place will definitely fail. Cocky look on his face when I asked for my money back and he clearly don't know basic math. My bill was 19.78 he tried to give me 17.93. When I called him out he rolled his eyes and said " oh yeah its another 2 whole dollars"! Um yeah that i paid he definitely has no people skills . Shame on this taco bell. Angel has a Horrible personality.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The customer service from the manager, Angel, was unprofessional and unfriendly. My potatoes were burnt, hard, and clearly overcooked, and the pop machine was not working at all during my visit. Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service standards, and I hope management works on improving both the food quality and customer experience.
