  Amazing sushi and amazing service. Literally every bite is somehow better than the one before. You haven’t had sushi until you experience this. This is the best sushi in Chicago. Chef Zac and bartender Tayshawn made us feel so welcomed. They gave great recommendations for food and drinks. We are big fans of Sushi by Bou but Tayshawn made this experience extra special. The atmosphere is intimate and fun. It feels like at your own privet party.

  Love love loveeeeeee I love this place. Every time I come here everyone is always warm and welcoming. The last time I was in, was last Sunday. I must say… EVERYTHING was amazing 🤩 Jackie was taking care of us, her intensiveness yet focus on everything else was incredible. This style of sushi was soooo good. The drinks were delicious, bold and balanced. Thank you, you’re the best Jackie. I wanted this moment to be very special for my partner and I. It was exactly THAT. I will most definitely be back and probably sooner than later. ❤️❤️🤗

  It was my first time experiencing this style of sushi and it didn't disappoint in any aspect! I had the standard course with the 12 pieces and I gotta say every piece from the hamachi, to the unagi had unique and wonderful flavors. My favorite had to be the miso cod! The tofu puree elevated to heights i didn't know tofu could even do, chef Jens will be my go to chef for next time. The service from Tashon, and Skye was absolutely remarkable as well! I ended up drinking the yuzu honeybee and it might have been the best drink I ever experienced!! If you love a hip-hop speakeasy with good company and amazing sushi you should absolutely check out sushi by bou in the Fulton market area.
