    the people behind the glass the employees are not willing to help me find anything or help me find anything and the shop is too little to have a casino shop attached to it

    I have never had a problem here but the only issue is the wait times. The long wait times are no the fault of the employee serving rather, I believe it’s the fault of the person who does scheduling. When I go there are usually 8 or so people waiting in line but since there is only one employee available, it is highly evident that she is struggling to keep up with the orders. I believe that in order to fix this issue there should be at least two people taking orders rather than a single person.
