    Employee in the store is very rude and asking only cash which he wants put in his pocket. He clearly denying the online payments

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I placed a mobile order around 4:10 PM, and the app clearly stated it would be ready by 4:40 PM. I specifically chose to order ahead because I was on a tight schedule and didn’t have time to stand around waiting in the store. Normally, I would’ve just gone in and ordered in person, but I trusted that the app would save me time. I was coming from across town and dealing with traffic, so I arrived around 5:10 PM — already 30 minutes past the promised pickup time. To my surprise, my order hadn’t even been started. Not delayed. Not almost done. Not even started. When I asked about it, the employee casually said they “can’t always make orders on time if it’s busy.” That might’ve been understandable if the place was actually busy — but it wasn’t. The store was completely empty. No line, no rush, nothing. It honestly came off as pure laziness rather than any legitimate issue. To make matters worse, this isn’t even the first time this has happened at this location. It had been long enough that I forgot about the previous bad experience, but clearly nothing has changed. After I asked about my order, the employee finally grabbed the receipt and started making it — but by that point I was already late and didn’t have time to wait. On top of that, he was messing up the order right in front of me. I had ordered two separate items, and both were made incorrectly — wrong bread, wrong size, and incorrect toppings. It felt like there was zero attention to detail or care. At that point, I gave up and just asked for a refund so I could deal with it later. The whole situation completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. Later on, after my appointment, I ordered from a different Subway location — and the difference was night and day. My order was ready on time and still hot when I arrived, exactly how it should be. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value your time or expect even basic customer service. The employee I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about doing the job properly. I won’t be coming back here again. If I could I'd give this location 0 stars.

    Genuienly absurd how I ordered online for 2 grilled chicken subs with one of them having vegatables and got crazy skimmed on both of them. Don't even get me started on the attempted volume frauding of the sandwhich with veggies because they stacked it with mayo and lettuce to make the lack of chicken less noticeable. Don't come here and definitely don't order online.

    This was honestly awful. We tried to order inside the store online because he said we couldn't pay with a card, only cash, and to get a free footlong. But we were later kicked out because we couldn't order online in the same store we were ordering from? We ordered online and later our order got voided. When we entered the store, we asked why our order had been voided. The man inside walked past me, vomited in the trash can, and then kept working. He said no more teriyaki and went to the back of the store.

    This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. Staff is consistently rude, can't find online orders and fights with you, they don't give correct portions of meat and toppings and the owners don't seem to care to improve anything. This location needs to be closed
