    I was sitting in here for 18 minutes after ordering on the app and the worker / manager got confrontational with me saying I couldn't sit there more than 30 minutes and then I need to go. I told him I had an order and he was like prove it told him the name while he's still being rude then he was like oh I still have to make it.

    Had a few beers, on my way home to the train station, I stopped for a sandwich at 11:30 pm Saturday night. Paid for the sandwich and iced tea when male employee shouted at me to leave. No exaggeration. Told him I just wanted to eat my sandwich and leave. He shouted no you are not and slapped my sandwich and rink out of my hand. I picked up my sandwich and left. See the huge multitude of employee complaints here. I am never going back

    Awful service. I placed an order in the morning that was supposed to be for noon, but I forgot to put that on the order (my fault). BUT I had called them to ask if they could adjust it, but nobody answered. I called 12 times and when I got there around noon the lady was like "well our phone was disconnected or something." Why?? There's no reason for that when that's the only phone number you guys have. I asked if they could remake it and they said they could re-toast it (it had lettuce on it already, so obviously no), but she said they couldn't remake it because "it's not their fault". It is your fault if you guys don't answer your damn phone. Completely ridiculous....... EDIT: I should mention the lady wasn't nasty about it, and I understand she was doing her job, but it's still dumb

    I wanna say Elizabeth I don’t go to subway often but DAMN YOU MADE ME A FIRE SANDWICH THANK YOU SO MUCH IT WAS FIRE!!! Great customer service skills!!!
