  Soule has been one of my favorite restaurants since they open. I love as happy to see the menu was same as sister restaurant. Being my 1st and last time visiting the re-opened Soule to Soule formerly the original Soule I was greatly disappointed. I had a 5:30 reservation in which I arrived 5 minutes early. The part that was disappointing was that our order was not taken until 6:08. However It was a shorter wait to receive our meal. I ordered the same meal I always order from Soule, Fried Salmon with Jerk Alfredo and Shrimp pasta. The Salmon was on point as well as the pasta. But at the first bite of shrimp I could taste it was spoiled. The shrimp was BAD! My guess it was left out too long. I immediately sent it back informing them of the taste. I was asked did I want to change my dish (no apology mind you). I agreed to pasta no shrimp. So I had to sit and watch my spouse eat while I waited. New dish came and I enjoyed it even though I wanted with shrimp. When we got the bill I noticed that they charge full price for me meal. I didn’t have they energy to dispute and honestly didn’t feel I should’ve had to. Right then I made a choice to never return to that restaurant or the other. I don’t want to frequent an establishment where I question their integrity. Whether they knew the shrimp was bad when they prepared it (which is highly unlikely) or the fact they didn’t acknowledge it once made aware of it doesn’t sit well with me.

  We ordered dinner through their website. The catfish was fried way too hard. I didn’t even ask for it to be fried hard. The salmon pasta had shrimp in it with THE ENTIRE SHELL ON. Food was supposed to be ready at 9:01. When we got there they hadn’t even star Ed preparing it. It was a whole 30 more minutes before we got our food. The only thing good was the pound cake. Never again.
