  Everything about this experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was welcoming, the customer service was outstanding, and the food exceeded expectations. The Southern fried catfish was seasoned to perfection with a crisp, flavorful finish. The collard greens were tender and full of flavor, while the macaroni and cheese was rich, creamy, and perfectly cheesy. The sweet potatoes had a well-balanced sweetness, and the red beans and rice were seasoned beautifully and packed with flavor. Overall, this was a phenomenal dining experience from start to finish. Easily a 10 out of 10, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food and excellent hospitality.

  I’ve gone to this restaurant twice so far and I can’t say enough good things. Service and food are a 10/10. You know sometimes we are hesitant about going to black owned restaurants especially after we research on TikTok. Soul vibez had a way more good reviews on social media but there were a few unsatisfied customers which is normal and okay. What I appreciated the most is the owner, Mz. fab would be in those comments telling them to come back so she can make it right. Service recovery. You saw that in the restaurant, she was walking around touching tables, asking how the food was. Soul Vibez franchise will always get a coin outta me. Everybody please try! Thank you all for being a lovely place to gather and feast cause my plates be CLEARED

  Got the patron flight and it made my stomach and head hurt I’m an avid patron drinker and never felt like this before, it was giving bottom shelf Jose Cuervo or 1800 and the taste was off didn't taste anything like patron at all! I mentioned it to the waitress and she simply denied it and walked away! It was made my head hurt and was sick and in pain all night and couldn’t indulge in my own birthday festivities!! Ruined my night!!! Pretty place. Service is good. Lacking some seasoning, the hot honey catfish bites were to her star. WON’T BE RETURNING

  First and foremost, this restaurant is gorgeous! The decor is breathtaking— full of floral arrangements, beautiful artwork, and chandeliers. It’s has a bright and inviting atmosphere like the staff. Our server was Jillian. She was informative, attentive, and funny for our entire service! I highly recommend her if you visit. We loved everything, including the Jerk grilled Branzino, chargrilled oysters, peach Bellini, Surf and Turf tower, as well as the soul food sides. Our favorite apps were the lobster deviled eggs, salmon egg rolls, and hot honey catfish bites. Their grilled meats and seafood have a great smoky taste, and everything is seasoned well. Only thing that would have made it better is having the meat prepared medium. Aside from that I highly recommend. Be patient because this food is made with love—this is not a fast food restaurant but it’s worth it 😍😍

  We were in Chicago for a few days and tried eating our way through the popularly recommended restaurants on TikTok. We tried A LOT! Soul vibes is on another level though. The service. The ambience. The staff. The music. The EVERYTHING!!!!! Yes it’s pricey but so worth it! Had grits and catfish and creamed corn. Followed by a peach cobbler for desert. The sizes were insane! Had to take to dessert back to the hotel. Every SINGLE STAFF we came across was professional, friendly and proud of their jobs. Highly recommend this if you want a proper southern hospitality experience and food to match
