  The staff was rude, yelled at us for no reason, and ended up not taking our order. Big waste of time to go here, I left hungry.

  I was at this place just now for uber pick up. Waited at the parking order thing as said on uber app for like 7 min and nobody responded. And then eventually went to drive thru which ultimately took 30 min. And then when I came at drive thru again the guy told me to pull up in the front for pick up. This thing needs to improve like you cannot make someone wait for more than 30 min for a single order.

  I just came from this location and probably one of the worst experiences in fast food I've ever had and I've found glass in my food.. no problem with the food it's the service the late shift windows girl or young woman was completely rude, no manners no decorum i get to the drive through her first words are " wait a minute" mind you this is after waiting ten minutes for having one car in front of me to another 10 minutes before i went up to the window with NO visible staff for at least 5 minutes, she finally comes to the drive thru window , no apology nothing..all i wanted was a slushy and cheese sticks and she quickly said NO slushies , pick something else! I just left.. it's a sad disappointment to see an attitude like that.. i don't care if you're job sucks , you give respect to people especially if they're being patient and cordial.. the location needs an entire revamp in etiquette and staff.. don't go here .. save your money Also the amount of bugs, spiders etc accumulated on and around the window is apparent they dont clean it at least every day which is super nasty..

  Please update DoorDash and postmates so it reflects the current menu. It’s so annoying to have to put it in the order notes just to have it ignored. Things like the Tropical Heat burger are missing and the new refreshers. Update: responded but still didn’t fix the issue.

  I came here for a simple order because I love the ice at sonic. It took 10 minutes to get two beverages to come out on a slow afternoon on a Tuesday. They did not give me my receipt so I cannot make a corporate complaint so I’m going to share my opinion here. This is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I told the employee that the drink tasted like water and he said to me “that’s how it tastes.” I ordered a watermelon, peach refresher, and a Coke. Both of them watered down. So simple yet so completely disappointing. I wish I could get my money back. I’m never coming back here again. The lady next to us was also waiting for a long time only to find out that what she wanted wasn’t available anymore.
