  I went here on a Friday night and they were extremely understaffed. They were purposely not answering the call buttons on the stalls in order to encourage people to place their orders themselves on the app. In addition it was really really slow.

  The food is fine but I stopped coming to this location when I witnessed a homeless man defecating in their bushes while I was waiting on my food. I understand they don't control crazy people but they need to raise the issue with the local alderman or police so more of their customers aren't turned off of this location.

  Slowest drive thru worker said it slow cause owner made it Uber and delivery have to go thru drive. Talk about genius. Waste time this way atleast 20 min

  Kind of outrageously bad if I'm being honest. They used to be great. Correct orders and great late night comfort food. Something must have changed because now they are completely unable to produce the correct order anymore. I'm talking, like, give the wrong order TWICE in the same night. If you order two drinks you only get one. If you order a slush you get a soda, half the items in your order are missing. Just really disappointing and you'd think embarrassing for the management.

  Went through the drivethru on a Friday night. The Coke was way too sweet. The tots tasted awful. My chicken sandwich was fair. My girlfriend's burger had the wrong toppings. Won't be going back there ever again.
