  Put in order through UberEats. Drivers kept going but switched to new drivers. Called up the store. They said my order had been picked up. In short, someone else picked up my order. In last call to store, was starting to mention to them to cancel my order and they hung up. They couldn't offer any solutions other than that. Had to call UberEats to cancel my order, bc if I canceled, I still would have been charged. Thankfully UberEats canceled. Unfortunate experience. Won't be ordering from Smashburger again anytime soon.

  I enjoyed my visit! Improved since I was there a few years ago! Quality of food improved! Cashier/staff named Infinity was very friendly and other staffs also checked up on us while we were eating- definitely more service than a typical fast food restaurant. I was unfortunately informed that they discontinued White Claw...but can't blame them if customers aren't drinking responsibly.

  The hostess, Infinity, was amazing. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She did a great job explaining the menu. Excellent customer serviceI really appreciated her hospitality. We be back again because of her.

  These restaurants are surprisingly decent. And the hot dogs are shockingly good. Didn't go expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. They can get pretty busy and seem to always be understaffed on those days.

  Came in late night and was immediately greeted by Jeff, his customer service was outstanding! he was kind, efficient, made sure our food was quick and had a great attitude! I would definitely come here again! Thanks Jeff you're the best keep it up bro
