  Cute seating, iconic location. Docking a star because all the dishes and cups were disposable…admittedly disappointed considering people are paying for the experience of the Ralph Cafe. They also have a limit of 45 minutes per table for patrons. Between this and the paper cups just felt like they wanted people out of there ASAP. (Note: this was not a sentiment from the service and staff, everyone was kind and helpful. However systems-wide it felt optimized for efficiency rather than a charming experience). Notably for anyone visiting out of town, the cafe opens early at 8AM but their restrooms do not open until the rest of the Ralph Lauren shop does at 10AM. Limited selection of food items, mainly sugary treats, but the overnight oats were surprisingly yummy.

  About a 30 minute wait to get in. Hostess let us hold a table while placing order. Had a cafe' mocha and muffin. Both delicious. Appreciated the 45 minute table limit. I felt it was tastefully done.

  Really disappointing experience at Ralph’s Coffee. I came in expecting to grab a coffee and get some work done, only to find out they have a no-laptop policy. As a disabled veteran, I’m especially sensitive to businesses adopting rigid policies that assume everyone uses a space the same way. For some people, being able to sit down with a laptop isn’t about camping out at a table for hours—it can be part of how they stay organized, communicate, work, or function effectively outside the home. A blanket prohibition with seemingly no flexibility feels unnecessarily exclusionary. I completely understand setting time limits, requiring a purchase, restricting laptops during peak hours, or designating certain tables as laptop-free. But banning them altogether is an odd choice for a coffee shop in 2026 and makes the space far less useful and welcoming than it otherwise could be. The coffee may be good, but the policy was enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

  I got the strawberry cold foam latte. Woah, that strawberry cold foam was amazing. I will be dreaming about this latte for the time to come. It kind of reminds me of chocolate covered strawberries but in a good way. The coffee shop itself is also really nice and I like how it leads into the store. Their merch was nice too but it was too hot to wear right now so i opted out.

  Ralph’s Coffee was a cute spot with a really nice atmosphere and aesthetic. The coffee was good, but nothing that really stood out, especially for the price. It can also get pretty busy, which makes it harder to find a place to sit and enjoy it. Overall, it’s nice to try for the experience and the cute setting, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
