  I recently visited the Ralph Lauren Coffee Shop and tried their Cortado—it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. The service was excellent as well. The server who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I was hoping to try some of their pastries, but unfortunately, by around 6 PM everything was sold out. On the bright side, I guess that says a lot about how good they must be! I’ll definitely come back earlier next time to give them a try. Overall, a lovely coffee shop with great coffee, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit.

  Ralph’s Coffee was one of those pleasant surprises that made us wonder why we had not stopped in sooner. Despite visiting the iconic Ralph Lauren flagship store on Michigan Avenue many times over the years, we had always walked past the café. On a rainy Chicago afternoon, we finally decided to give it a try—and we’re glad we did. We ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie, both of which exceeded expectations. In fact, the cappuccino was noticeably better than the Starbucks coffee we typically enjoy, with a richer flavor and excellent balance. The chocolate chip cookie tasted remarkably homemade—soft, chewy, generously studded with chocolate, and wonderfully fresh. The pastries on display looked equally tempting and appeared fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is quintessential Ralph Lauren: classic, elegant, understated, and comfortable without feeling pretentious. Service was friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our visit, adding to the overall experience. Perhaps the most surprising aspect was the pricing, which was very much in line with what one might expect at Starbucks rather than at a luxury-brand café, making the experience feel like particularly good value. The only minor disappointment was that such excellent coffee is not served in proper ceramic mugs, which would have elevated the experience even further and better matched the refined ambiance. Tip: Seating is available indoors only, and finding an empty table can be challenging, especially during busy shopping hours or inclement weather when many visitors seek refuge inside. If you’re exploring Michigan Avenue, shopping at Ralph Lauren, or simply looking for a quiet break from the crowds, Ralph’s Coffee is an excellent stop for a coffee and pastry. Don’t miss the chocolate chip cookie—it genuinely tastes homemade. For a brand known for timeless style and attention to detail, this café delivers an experience that feels very much in keeping with the Ralph Lauren name.
