  The little German boy in me yearns for the schnitzel at Prost, and it always delivers🤤 I come here every New Year’s Day with one of my boys and it is a tradish kept alive by this gem and the excellent staff there. Nothing like cozying up here with a fresh stein in the fall or winter.

  What a fun experience! The food and drinks were enjoyable, and the atmosphere made it a great place to spend time with friends. I can see why the famous beer boots are so popular. Whether or not everything feels traditionally German, it is still a place where you can have a good time, enjoy tasty offerings, and share a few laughs together.

  They had an amazing red cabbage side dish. If they canned it, I'd buy it. It's right next to the L, so it's a bit noisy. The server was a little slow, but the food was excellent.

  We ducked in from the rain and were surprised how easy it was to get a table, even on a weekday evening. The atmosphere was lively, and we felt very welcome. It was a delightful find and made our rainy day so much better.

  I’m happy to have become a regular thanks to trivia on Sundays and especially because of the bartenders that work on Sunday evenings! Not only are they genuinely some of the kindest, most welcoming people, but they’re also some of the best bartenders in the city! They always know exactly what to recommend and make every visit feel special. Prost has truly become my home away from home, and I always look forward to Sundays. And the Wurst Board (specifically the sides) and the pretzel are the bessssst!
