- SMSoftball Mom2 days ago1.0Went here last night after Bruno mars concert. Waited for cold food for 40 minutes in drive through. Ordered a hot dog with ketchup and two orders of fries which were old and cold. Ordered chocolate shake got a cake shake! Watched lady walk orders to cars after us?????? Why will never go here again!!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I knew that I did not want to go through a drive thru (although they do have one). I wanted to sit down at the restaurant and eat. Portillo's has a nice seating area where I can eat in peace!! It's a great place to dine with friends or by yourself!!
