  Convenient front parking and we were seated right away. Our waitress was okay - not bad, but definitely not good either. Another young lady (braids) who was sweet checked on us twice, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of. There was a slightly odd moment when a family seated right next to us got up and moved (food & all) to another table shortly after we sat down. Not sure if it was related to us or simply a coincidence, but it definitely felt off. As for the food, the bacalao and relleno de papa were good. I also had the alcapurria, although good it was a little greasier than I prefer. Overall it was a solid 3, and we’ll give it another try the next time we’re in the city.

  Ponce is a really good, local place for authentic Puerto Rican food. The menu is extensive, the portions are generous and the service is friendly. When we're in the neighborhood, it is one of our favorite places to dine.

  I go to pick up my order online and I have a bad experience buying in this puerorican restaurant I arrive and my order not ready supposedly I order online for more faster and skip the line and don't have more costumers the restaurant was empty only 2 guys front of me for waiting for pick up if it's is not in inoff the lady attend me have nasty and bad attitude rude and behavior nothing professional I hope the manager or owner keep an eye 👁️ on this incidents it's not my fault if the employees of this restaurant don't like her and his job for me the service is very important my money is value and sacred this bad experience happens me August 9 around 10:30 to 11:00 pm the lady attend me she is short with gasses with this kind of service I don't want comeback again

  Parking can be tricky to find. When I entered, I waited about 15 mins before anyone even greeted me although there were workers constantly passing. After being seated, I waited about another 25 mins before anyone server came to my table. No water was brought out. Service was horrible. After finally taking my order, the food was decent. Bringing our food was the last time I seen my server. I waited another 30 mins after finishing my food before another waiter bringing our tab. Would return for the food but probably will not return because of the horrible service 🙏
