  Used to be my favorite restaurant but the last 4-5 times have been completely disappointing. Waitress grabbed our drinks and that was it. Didn’t see her again after that. Our order has came out wrong almost every time. Rice is always hard. Several parts of my orders never come out even when asked multiple times. Waited over 45 minutes for my pick up order. Now huge roaches everywhere. Wont be coming back here anymore

  Unfortunately Mother’s Day was horrible!!! Old tostones!! I asked the waitress to change it and give me fresh tostones she had attitude!!! It was not a pleasant environment!!!!I would not recommend this place !!! I called to talk to the manager or supervisor I was told they will not have anyone at the restaurant until Friday!!! Interesting no management all week!!!

  Food was amazing. Ordered the chuleta can can, it was good but could use a little more sazon, the bistek encebollado was amazing. We had the classic lime mojitos and they are also amazing. My only complaint is we were there on a mother's day which was busy, and they only had 2 waitresses working the whole restaurant. Definitely coming back!

  It’s a beautiful restaurant. Very aesthetically pleasing. Even with the horrible service and with getting dry food we still come thinking it’s going to change. We gave up on the plates but in our opinion Ponce has had the best fritura. Well so we thought. Today we went and the alcapuria was burned we asked for another one and they brought out a dry burned one again. The morcilla was old with a horrible after taste and my stomach is hurting just from one bite. My wife showed me this restaurant and she has been coming here since she was a kid. It just sucks that the quality of the food isn’t matching the restaurant. I think this was the last straw today.
